The Kids 4 Truth Program is designed to help children know, love, and worship God by grounding them in the essential Christian truth and help children learn (unforgettably!) what Christians believe and why they believe it. Your child will have the opportunity to earn award patches as he participates in the Kids 4 Truth program. We do our best to help your child learn the curriculum. Please register your child if you have not done so. We meet at Cascade Middle School from 6:45 - 8:15 Wednesday nights. Click on the map below for the specific location of K4T.

I give my permission to the sponsors of the activity to act in my behalf should my child become ill or injured and his resulting condition require medical attention and I cannot be reached.

Also, the undersigned, as parent or legal guardian, of the above name child(ren) hereby releases for himself, the child and any other parent or legal guardian of said child, Westside Baptist Church or its agents or employees, from any and all liability for any personal injury or property damage arising out of or in any way connected with the activities referred to herein. In addition, the undersigned agrees to hold and save harmless, Westside Baptist Church, its agents, or employees from any and all liability. The undersigned does hereby acknowledge that Westside Baptist Church does not provide any health insurance covering said child during the activity referred to herein, and further acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the undersigned to obtain his own health insurance covering said child. Parents agree to accept the sole responsibility for the cost of medical care.
